Department Overview

The TDBG Organization Effectiveness Advisory Governance Team (OE) is a Centre of Excellence which supports businesses across the enterprise on the analysis, development and implementation of organization design and organization effectiveness initiatives and corresponding governance policies. The OE team works closely with HR business partners and senior business leaders to support business strategy and sustained performance.

Job Description

You will support the Organization Effectiveness team in all initiatives centered around OE governance, policy, and guideline development. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness (OE) Governance, you will work regularly with members of the OE team, across HR COEs, HRBPs and Control function partners to proactively address and remediate regulatory and policy related issues and support the implementation of various projects.

Primary accountabilities include:

Planning, coordinating, and executing BAU OE governance activities, including management of Workday Inbox and the regular maintenance of monthly enterprise org charts

Supporting Job Evaluation reviews, including completing summaries of analysis and tracking of completion

Supporting the development and deployment of job models, including job profile creation and job mapping activities

Planning and conducting end to end analysis for HR review, including meaningful data gathering and validation, presenting findings, including observations/recommendations

Assisting with ongoing development of presentations and materials to convey complex conceptual topics

May lead additional processes as required

Job Requirements

You're a professional with excellent research and data analysis skills, and you excel in both written and oral communication. You can effectively serve as a reliable point person for coordinating various initiatives and activities, and you possess the following:

University degree, with a degree in HR or Business Administration considered an asset

Foundational knowledge and experience in research, HR, organization design or job evaluation; experience with Hay methodology an asset

Proficiency in Workday, position management and related processes

Ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems that require research and analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders

Capability to organize and present complex information and concepts in a persuasive manner, tailored to the audience.

Results-oriented and well organized with a high attention to detail.

High-level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) is essential.
