Job Description
Airport Job Recruitment 2026 Cabin Crew, Gorakhpur – Cabin crew in flight duties may vary depending on; whether it is a short or long-haul flight and also on the size of the team you are working with. However, typically flights include most of these checks and procedures.

Key Accountabilities & responsibilities as a Cabin Crew
• Provide guests with safety instructions and information on their flight
• Serve food, beverages, and other items as required
• Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
• Provide quality service to the highest standards of the airline at all times
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the aircraft cabin at all times
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain confidentiality of passenger information at all times
• The cabin crew needs to swiftly and diplomatically resolve any seating issues before preparing for take-off
• The cabin crew informs all passengers of the aircraft safety procedures
• The cabin crew checks every passenger’s seat belt is in place and securely fastened
• Follow company policies on dress code, including personal appearance and grooming standards as appropriate
Cabin Crew Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Cabin crew certification and training are required.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a flight attendant.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and aptitude to handle difficult situations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Ladies: minimum 157cm barefoot
• Men: minimum 170cm barefoot

• Candidate updated resume
• Original / copies of vaccination digital certificate
• Original & copies of certificates of higher education or equivalent.
• TOEIC with 650 score validity within 2 years (if SPM English is not a credit)
• Original & copy of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with CREDIT in English or any substitute credentials, pass (D) in Bahasa Malaysia, and one other credit in another subject.
• Original & copies of MYKad
