Graphic Designer (Fresher)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer Fresher, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually striking designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and enhance our clients' marketing materials.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including print collateral, digital assets, and branding elements.
• Translate client requirements and creative briefs into visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand identity and style guidelines.
• Produce high-quality design work, including logos, infographics, advertisements, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your skills and deliver exceptional results.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and optimize your work.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's brand guidelines across all design assets.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
