Job Description

At cronbay-technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing global affiliates and publishers, while optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple models (CPI, CPL, CPA, CPS).

The role requires a strong understanding of affiliate tracking, data analysis, and MMP tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and publishers, focusing on high-performing and scalable partners.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships to drive sustained revenue growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns using CPI, CPL, CPA, and CPS models.
• Track key KPIs including installs, conversions, ROAS, and partner performance.
• E nsure proper tracking integration and attribution using MMP platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling offers, creatives, and landing pages for affiliate channels.
• Monitor fraud and ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Manage budgets, payouts, and commission structures efficiently.
Requirements:
• 0-3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in a digital or mobile-first company.
• Strong working knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava.
• Familiarity with tracking tools, postback integrations, and attribution logic.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
