Job Summary
We are chartered certified accountants and business advisors based in Welwyn, Hertfordshire and we are seeking an Administrator to join our team to assist in the smooth running of our office and provide efficient administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administrative tasks, as required, such as filing, scanning, photocopying
- Manage office correspondence and respond to emails and phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling the online portal
- Database management
- Setting up Direct Debits and monthly invoicing
- Taking card payments by telephone or in person
- Anti-money laundering checks
- Mailshots and newsletters
- Lower level bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and matching payments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills

- Able to use initiative and prioritise own workload
- Ability to work to strict deadlines

- Self-driven and pro-active
Competencies
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Customer focused
- Excellent telephone manner
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in various office software (training will be given)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
