JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve claims-related issues.
• Process medical billing and TPA (Third Party Administrator) claims in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, claims processing, and follow-ups.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintaining uploading patient's files on the portal.
• Couriering the hard copy of patient's medical file to the Insurance companies.
• Responsible for all co-ordination activities from patient's admission to discharge
• Devise and establish a hospital’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications
• Review patient requirements and make sure they are met.
• Set standards for quality as well as health and safety
• Make sure that services meet international and national standards
• Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
• Do visits to hospital in Jaipur as well in PAN India.
• Handling all other office work.
