. Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order.
2. Interaction with the customers.
3. Answer customers questions about specific products/services
4. Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)
5. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers.
6. Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively.
7. Must check the quality and quantity of the product which is brought into the warehouse need to verify it depending on the order made initially.
8. Achieving sales target.
