Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Accounts Administration who can efficiently manage a blend of accounting responsibilities and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting software, possess strong communication and coordination skills, and be comfortable with field visits as per firm requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Finance Duties:
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets and profit loss statements.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Handle Tally entries, voucher posting, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payment requests, verify documentation, and disburse payments.
• Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Generate periodic financial reports and summaries for management.
Administrative Executive Assistance:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior personnel.
• Coordinate communications – emails, calls, documents – professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as per work needs
• Capable of handling responsibilities independently, including local travel and field coordination as per business needs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
