This includes facility and maintenance management, travel and transport coordination, guest handling, government liaison, office supplies, and event support. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills, with a service-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:Facility Management- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of office premises, utilities, and infrastructure.- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, improvements, and facility enhancements.Travel Management- Organize end-to-end domestic and international travel for employees and guests.- Handle bookings, visa arrangements, itineraries, and reimbursements.Guest Management- Manage front-office activities and welcome visitors, clients, and partners professionally.- Maintain visitor records and provide necessary hospitality support.Government Liaisoning- Liaise with local authorities and government departments for permits, licenses, and compliance.- Manage documentation for statutory and regulatory processes.Maintenance Management- Ensure timely upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.- Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance activities.AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management- Maintain records and timelines for all AMC contracts.- Coordinate with vendors and ensure service delivery as per contract terms.Stationery Supplies Management- Monitor inventory of office supplies and pantry stock.- Handle procurement, vendor management, and cost control.Housekeeping Management- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping staff.- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the office.Security Management- Manage office security protocols and access control systems.- Coordinate with external security agencies for 24/7 security coverage.Safety Management- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.- Conduct regular safety checks, drills, and training sessions.Peons Management- Supervise office boys/peons for internal tasks and errands.- Ensure punctuality, efficiency, and discipline.Office Event Management- Plan and execute office events including festivals, celebrations, team-building activities, and meetings.- Handle logistics, venue booking, refreshments, and coordination with vendors.Support to HR Department- Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.- Help with ID issuance, seating arrangements, and training logistics.Transport/Vehicle Management- Manage company vehicles including scheduling, maintenance, and documentation.- Coordinate transport arrangements for employees, guests, and office events.- Maintain records for fuel, driver logs, insurance, and vehicle compliance.If you are interested share me your Updated @futuresandcareers.com Read more
