• Will be responsible for managing financial tasks and overseeing the administrative functions of the store.
• Role combines accounting duties, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Administrative responsibilities such as inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service support.
• Maintain and update financial records, including daily transactions, sales, expenses, and purchases.
• Manage inventory and stock levels; liaise with suppliers for product ordering and restocking.
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and schedules.
• Accurately manage cash transactions, provide correct change, and handle credit/debit card transactions with attention to detail.
