JOB TITLE: Academic Counsellor AREA/DEPARTMENT: Institute REPORTS TO: Head of institute JOB SCOPE: Under the guidance of the Head of Institute and in co-ordination with Sales Team and within the limits of established Company policies advise and monitor the clients for achieving the desired object. PFB the JD of an Academic Counsellor: To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective students and Converting enquiries to registrations Tie-up with local Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses To provide relevant information to clients or refer them to appropriate departments within the centre To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to clients who have specifically requested for a particular service. To attend all staff meetings as and when directed by the Center Head and to attend Trainings as and when nominated by the Corporate Office / Centre Head. To perform outdoor duties whenever Company organizes event beyond the centre premises
