Qualified Early Years Educator

miley Dayz is a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years setting dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education. We are passionate about supporting children to thrive and develop through fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 2, Level 3 or above Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and learning.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
Work in partnership with parents/carers, building strong relationships and sharing progress.
Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children.
Follow safeguarding, health safety, and other nursery policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the setting.
Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Desirable:

Paediatric First Aid qualification.
Up-to-date Safeguarding and Child Protection training.
Knowledge of SEND support and inclusive practices.
