Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to drive student enrollments, develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Business Development:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding overseas education options.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective follow-ups and consultation.
Build and maintain relationships with students, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Marketing Outreach:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline digital) to generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and social media content.
Organize seminars, webinars, and events to create brand awareness.
Explore partnerships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction.
Follow up with potential leads to guide them through the application process.
Maintain an updated database of inquiries and conversions.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales marketing (preferably in the education industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Willingness to travel within the city for business development activities.
