Marketing Account Manager / Digital Marketing

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing - Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to manage and grow relationships with our international B2B clients . The ideal candidate will possess excellent client-facing skills , a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and experience in delivering effective solutions to meet client objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve these objectives.
Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
International B2B Focus: Navigate and address the complexities of international B2B marketing, including regional market trends, cultural differences, and cross-border digital strategies.
Account Planning: Develop strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to clients on project status, performance, and key metrics. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Proven experience in account management with a focus on digital marketing, particularly within international B2B contexts.
• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing domain
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).
• Proficient in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
