Fashion TV are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing PR Executive to join our team. The Marketing PR Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

• *Key Responsibilities**

1) Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

2) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3) Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

4) Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

5) Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess their needs, identify areas for improvement, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.

6) Generate market leads/requirements to support SOPA team in terms of Talent placements

7) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

8) Prepare and present reports on client performance, satisfaction levels, and revenue forecasts to management.
