Short Description

Assists within one of the human resources operations/administration functions such as the Global Employee Service Centers, training operations and workforce reporting. May assist with any of the following: compliance with local country laws and regulations, compliance with international benefits plans, timely and accurate payroll processing. May support any of the following: new hire employment administration, personnel administration, organizational/position management, officer and executive data administration, international HR data information management, union-represented employee data administration, mergers and acquisition information management, training operations and human capital data management. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work that is performed requires moderate direction and deals with routine to moderately complex problems.

Experience

1 - 3 Years of Experience

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
