We are seeking a sharp and proactive HR Intern to join our team, focusing on recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and manpower analysis. The role involves hiring activities as well as tracking business needs, analyzing headcount data, and managing internal communication related to staffing requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Hiring Support

Source and screen resumes through Naukri , LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals and social media
Post job descriptions and manage job boards
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain trackers, interview schedules, and status reports
Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Follow up with department heads for feedback and interview availability
Communicate hiring status and updates regularly to stakeholders
Manpower Analysis

Track manpower count across teams and functions
Identify gaps between business demand and available talent
Maintain dashboards for supply vs demand
Assist in forecasting and planning for future hiring
