We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and help bring in quality candidates for our company. You will be required to source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews, and oversee the entire hiring process.Responsibilities· Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee.· Interview the best candidates and build a strong team· Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents.· Partner with the external vendors in building the hiring talents funnel.· Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings.· Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.· Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedules interviews, extends job offers, and finally brings in talent onboard.· Represent the company in recruiting events and open houses· Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads· Champion candidate experienceRequirements • At minimum a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields. • Prior experience in the Human Resource department of any organization. • Analytical approach in handling the requirements • Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
