Role Overview
Axestrack is seeking a dynamic and strategic AGM Marketing to lead our full-funnel marketing efforts across all key digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Demand Generation Performance Marketing:
• Owning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, WhatsApp
• Designing funnel-based performance strategies focused on lead gen, MQL, and SQL metrics
• Driving SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies to maximize inbound traffic and conversions
• Owning ad budgets and ROAS metrics across platforms
• Email CRM Marketing:
• Leading email drip and nurture campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and sales stages
• Ensuring compliance across CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for clean, segmented, and actionable data
• Website SEO:
• Overseeing all website content, UX improvements, and landing page optimization
• Building and executing a strong organic content and keyword strategy for SEO growth
• Coordinating web analytics via GA4, optimizing based on insights
• Social Media Content:
• Leading content distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram
• Managing creative and copywriting teams to deliver high-performing content
• Developing monthly editorial calendars and campaign-specific asset plans
• Events, Webinars Podcasts:
• Planning and executing domestic and international events, owning pre-event, on-ground, and post-event strategy
• Leading branded webinar and podcast series that position the company as a thought leader
• Coordinating with speakers, partners, and operations for flawless execution
• Sales Enablement Brand:
• Creating compelling sales collateraldecks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures
• Aligning marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline acceleration
• Ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
• Analytics Optimization:
• Setting KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and driving growth using GA4, HubSpot/CRM, and ad dashboards
• Building executive dashboards for weekly/monthly reviews
• Team Management Collaboration:
• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and analysts
• Collaborating with product, growth, customer success, and leadership teams to drive unified GTM strategies
• Managing agency partners and freelancers as needed
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-6 years of work experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
• Excellent knowledge of paid marketing on Google and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
• Strong organizational and event management skills
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
