Experience Range : 10 to 12 years
Reporting to : Head HR
Qualification : MSW / MBA from reputed Educational Institute. Additional qualification LLB (Labour Laws) will be desirable

Job Purpose :
This position is for Plant HR & Admin role and will be responsible for mainaining Harmonious relations with employees, Statutory Compliances, Liasioning with Govt.
Authorities, CLM and handling General Administration.
Job Responsibility :
- Maintain harmonious Employee Relations and ensure smoother Operations in the Plant
- Establish and maintain employee welfare services like Canteen, Transport, Attendance system with employee satisfaction
- Develop Employee connect programs and employee Engagement initiatives for strengthening employee connect
- Ensure Statutory Compliances under various Labour Laws. Liaison with Govt. Depts, Local Administrative bodies and Statutory authorities
- Establish good connect with nearby community, Institutional Bodies
- Handle Employee Grievances and ensured speedy resolution of grievances
- Ensure employee disciplinary issues are fairly and consistently implemented and followed.
- Handle Disciplinary cases, preparing disciplinary letters and ensuring Disciplinary actions
- Draft and review HR policies and procedures, Preparation of Manpower Budget, Employee cost Budget
- Maintains contacts with departmental and other line managers for improving the efficiency / Productivity of the plant
- Capture and keep accurate employee data in the HR system and perform general HR Administration duties
- Contract Labour Management and ensuring compliance by Contractor. Compliance Audit of the Contractor's statutory compliances issues
Qualification :
MSW / MBA from reputed Educational Institute. Additional qualification LLB (Labour Laws) will be desirable
Desired Skill :
- 10 to 12 years' experience in Medium to large scale Manufacturing Company.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Hands on ERP systems experience, MS Office, SAP
- Motivator and Team Player
Working Conditions :
First and Last Saturday of a month is working
Manager level role
Company pick and drop services.
Canteen Facility.
