Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainee to join our HR team as part of the University's Graduate Trainee Scheme. This exciting two-year opportunity will provide hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, HR projects, policy development, workforce data analysis and organisational change initiatives.
You will undertake meaningful graduate-level work, lead and contribute to key projects, receive structured training and mentoring, and develop the skills and experience needed for a successful professional career in HR. Opportunities may also be available to undertake professional development through a CIPD or management apprenticeship programme.
Eligibility
Open only to University of Greater Manchester graduates who completed their studies during the 2024/25 or 2025/26 academic years and achieved a minimum 2:2 degree classification (or postgraduate qualification).
