We're adding a newly created HR Generalist position to our team in Glens Falls, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to expand their experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting multiple locations and business groups. Why join us?

Job Details
Reporting to the regional HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist will provide day-to-day HR support across multiple locations in the Northeast and Midwest. You'll have exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, compliance, leave administration, and employee engagement.
This position is ideal for an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who is ready to take on greater ownership and independently support employees and managers.
