About the Role:
We are looking for responsible and attentive Chat Moderators to join our remote team. You will be managing live chat conversations, ensuring safe and friendly environments, and assisting users as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live chat conversations for inappropriate or harmful content

Engage with users to answer questions and provide assistance

Enforce community guidelines and escalate issues when necessary

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the chat

Report any technical issues or suspicious behavior

Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone

Ability to work independently and stay focused

Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms

Previous experience in moderation or customer service is a bonus, but not required
