Job Description
In this leadership role, you will set the growth strategy for our Accounting Advisory practice, aligned with CrossCountry's Core Values. Your expertise in account management, coaching and development, recruiting and retention, and business development will be essential in driving success.
With over 12 years of relevant accounting experience advising publicly traded companies on various technical accounting policies and standards, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to this role. Additionally, you will have prior experience in professional services, preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS) and be certified as a Public Accountant (CPA). You will also be a proven leader with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.
