The team works closely with founders to manage end-to-end finance functions, including accounting, taxation, compliance, fundraising, valuations, budgeting, and analysis. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Articleship role based in Gurugram. The article assistant will support client accounting and bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and statutory and tax compliances under guidance of senior professionals. Daily responsibilities include assisting with GST, TDS, and income tax workings and filings, maintaining documentation for audits, and helping prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analyses for startup clients.
The role also involves supporting fundraising and valuation assignments by collecting financial data, preparing schedules, and assisting in due diligence processes. The position offers hands-on learning across finance, taxation, and compliance within a fast-paced startup advisory environment.
Qualifications - Candidates should be pursuing Chartered Accountancy and be eligible for articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
• Ability to use MS Excel and other office tools for data analysis, report preparation, and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in startups, fundraising, valuations, and financial modeling will be beneficial.
• Capability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple assignments with timelines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and regulations, and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
