Full Job Description
Experience – 2 years above in Travel industry ( without travel industry also )

Location- Janakpuri West

Salary: - 15 k – 25 k per month (As per the experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Preparation of Vouchers (Cash Voucher, Payment Voucher, Sale Voucher, Purchase Voucher etc)

Ø Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note to Clients.

Ø Preparation of Invoices to Clients.

Ø Preparation of NEFT & RTGS.

Ø Reconciliation of Bank Book Statement, debtors & creditors Accounts.

Ø Reconciliation of Credit card Statement.

Ø Preparation of TDS & GST Challan.

Ø Depositing TDS, TCS & GST challan on timely.

Ø Handling the petty Cash.

Ø Knowledge of Branch Accounting.

Ø Payment follow-up with clients on Regular basis.

Ø Preparation of MIS report to Management.

Ø Preparation of Trail Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet on Provision basic.

Ø Knowledge of Accounts receivable & payables.

Ø Preparation of Audit reports.

Ø Finalization& Closing books of Accounts.

Ø Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC and PLB, BSP

Accountant must have a knowledge in Ticketing Accounting just like airline industry

And Current exp must be travel industry.
