• *Essential Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Hold an ASA Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification (or equivalent international certification)
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
• Have a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, although we can provide this if necessary)
• Be able to swim to a high standard and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sport
