Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including warehouse management and logistics. This role will involve managing online inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of products. The E-Commerce Specialist will play a crucial role in optimising our online sales processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings and stock levels.
Process incoming orders efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse for timely fulfilment.
Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including the use of warehouse management systems.
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies
Operate forklifts safely for materials handling within the warehouse environment.
Perform lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency within the warehouse.
Maintain clear communication with suppliers and logistics partners regarding order status.
Experience
Previous experience in an e-commerce or warehouse environment is preferred but training can be given.
Proven ability to handle materials effectively, including experience in stock management and heavy lifting.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and order processing.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
