Job Title: Warehouse Manager

With decades of innovation in grips for golf, fishing rods, tennis, and bicycles, Winn is committed to delivering advanced grip solutions that help athletes achieve better control and consistency.
We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Ideal candidates will have experience in ERP and SPS Commerce systems, team leadership, and international shipping coordination. Language skills in Mandarin are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Logistics
Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in compliance with company procedures.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local shipping regulations.
Coordinate with overseas factories to manage shipment timelines and customs documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
Negotiate and manage shipping rates with UPS and FedEx.
Schedule freight pickups according to customer routing guides.
Handle EDI documentation through SPS Commerce as needed.
Inventory & Data Management
Monitor warehouse inventory daily; generate bi-weekly reports for Golf and Fishing product categories.
Input accurate shipment data into the inventory system upon receipt.
Perform monthly inventory reconciliation to ensure system accuracy.
Team Leadership & Safety
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain a safe warehouse environment and enforce company safety protocols.
Oversee warehouse layout, equipment checks, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Procurement & Admin Support
Order warehouse supplies and materials as needed.
Maintain accurate records for all EDI-related customer transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (required)
Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience
Familiarity with ERP and SPS Commerce systems
Forklift certification (preferred)
Mandarin language skills (preferred, but not required)
Ability to lift and count inventory accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in golf or fishing industry (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
