About the AusPac Graduate Program
We are excited to invite applications for our 2026 Graduate Program, commencing in February 2026. This two-year program offers two 12-month rotations across our AusPac operations, culminating in a permanent role within the business.
As a graduate at Orica, you will:
• Spend Year 1 developing core skills across Scheduling, Transport Coordination, and Logistics Operations.
• Spend Year 2 building deeper capability in Production Planning, Materials Planning, and S&OP.
• Take part in a structured development pathway designed to accelerate your professional growth.
• Be mentored by experienced supply chain professionals and leaders.
• Join a connected network of graduates across our global business.
• Work on real‑world operational and planning challenges.
