Who are we?
Field & flower was founded in 2011 by two friends after meeting at agricultural university, one a farmer and the other a food lover. We are a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free-range meat and responsibly caught fish. We also offer a range of artisan cheese, scotch eggs, pies, charcuterie, stocks, salts, and seasonings – supporting livestock, local livelihoods and a living planet with every product we sell.

We are looking for experienced, dedicated, and reliable individuals who wants to be part of our friendly, operations team to achieve high standards of work during our peak Christmas week. (14th-23rd December)
The successful candidates must be both highly committed and reliable and we are looking for individuals with an excellent work ethic who can work well in a team environment.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage but full training will be given for the right candidates.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our operations team, you will be working within a chilled fridge and a warehouse environment undertaking a wide variety of tasks.
The tasks will predominantly be, but not limited to:
• Picking and packing our customers’ orders of fresh produce to a high standard
• Processing of product
• Intake
• Stocking shelves
• Stock rotation
• Cleaning

Shifts available from 14th – 23rd December:
During our peak week, you will be working one of the following shifts.
• Morning 6am to 2.30pm
• Afternoon 2pm to 10:30pm
• Night 10pm to 6.30am
You will be asked for your preference of shift during the application process.
Based on Quarry Way Business Park – Waterlip, Shepton Mallet.
As public transport is very limited to the operations site, we advise that applicants have reliable transport and live within a reasonable commuting distance from our premises.
Free parking is available on site.

Pay: £+.50-£13.00 per hour
