Full job description
Title: Warehouse & Dispensing Control (WHDC) Officer

Responsibilities:

Dispense RM/PM for production using approved batch records
Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse processes and documentation
Control environmental conditions in RM and FG storage zones (RH, temp logs)
Monitor finished goods dispatch, coordinate with QC/QA
Conduct physical stock counts, temperature/humidity log audits
Use SAP WMS/MM for inventory and issue/receipt transactions
Ensure regular housekeeping & compliance per cGMP/GDP/SOPs
Qualifications:

B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma with 3–5 years in pharma warehouse/dispensing
Hands‑on experience with RM/PM dispensing, FG management.
Documented compliance with GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Proficient in maintaining temperature & RH documentation
Strong attention to detail, communication, and audit-readiness
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹+,1+7.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
