Maintain rigorous inventory control standards and shipping accuracy to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee all aspects of warehouse staffing, including recruitment, performance management, training, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Manage facility operations including opening/closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and workplace organization.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures related to all health and safety in the warehouse.
Work closely with other departments like Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to solve problems and improve how we work.
Help with other operational tasks like ordering supplies, managing emails, handling invoices, and resolving shipping issues.
What does high performance look like?

You think ahead and plan strategically, but you also get things done.
You solve problems quickly and creatively.
You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve.

You take full responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments.
You create an environment that enables growth, development, and best practice.
