About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate record-keeping and efficient order fulfillment using our ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and fulfill sales and service orders

Maintain and update customer equipment records

Organize and manage service files, instrument records, and customer documentation

Process inventory and equipment transfers within our accounting system

Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders

Perform general data entry tasks with precision

Pick and pack goods for shipment, including international orders

Coordinate and book freight and logistics

Oversee inventory management, including monitoring expiry dates and rotating stock

Receive and properly store incoming goods

Provide administrative support to the sales and office teams as required

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in business administration and logistics

Previous customer service experience preferred

Skills and Attributes

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Dependable and punctual

Strong communication and phone skills

Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities

Confident navigating software systems and performing accurate data entry

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Effective time management and task prioritisation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet platforms, and email applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Able to lift up to 22 kg during order picking and packing tasks
