Role and Responsibility-
Act as a single point of contact for all execution issues for the E-commerce platform
Create and manage strong processes to ensure seamless business – Order Placement, Billing, Delivery, Return, Payment, and any other related issues
Create and maintain best practices for ensuring delivery across all platforms
Strong MIS governance for all input metrics required for business
Coordinating with all stakeholders ( sales, logistics, BU heads, finance, etc ) on a regular basis
Data Calling ( Inbound Outbound ).

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
