About North Bridge Enterprise College

Since opening in 2013, North Bridge Enterprise College has provided a safe, supportive environment for pupils aged 14-16 who have faced or are at risk of permanent exclusion due to challenging behaviours.

We specialise in re-engaging students through a personalised curriculum that inspires and challenges, preparing them for success beyond school.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and teach lessons to small groups and individuals
Prepare materials and ensure safe use of equipment
Help students build confidence and independence
Manage behaviour, mark work, and communicate with parents

Requirements

Has experience teaching vocational subjects like hair beauty, construction, painting, or tiling
Is passionate about supporting students with SEND
Has at least 2 years’ experience in a SEND or similar setting
QTS/QTLS is a plus
