We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who understands short-form content, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is deeply interested in social media content, reels, and viral-style editing — not just traditional video editing.

## Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives
- Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Add captions, zooms, cuts, transitions, sound effects, and pattern interrupts to improve retention
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
- Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and storytelling improvements
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content styles
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve engagement and performance

## Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing or social media content creation
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends
