We work with businesses across multiple industries, creating impactful content and marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and business growth.
Position: Social Media Creative Designer
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Compensation: ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Physical Meetings: 1–2 visits per month, if required
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Creative Designer who can create engaging visual content for social media platforms while also handling basic video editing and reel creation requirements.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats, audience behavior, and creative storytelling to develop content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Creative Designing
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Create visual content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Design festival, educational, promotional, and engagement-focused creatives.
• Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
Reel Editing & Video Content
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form social media videos.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual enhancements.
• Create engaging reel covers, thumbnails, and video assets.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple social media formats.
Creative Execution
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams.
• Understand creative briefs and execute content requirements.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
• Deliver creative assets within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Social Media Designing, Graphic Designing, or Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience editing reels using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements.
• Ability to create both static and video-based content.
• Understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with Canva and Figma.
• Agency experience or experience handling multiple brands.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
