Senior Performance Creative Designer & Video Editor
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Global)
About Vision Infrastructure Grouo Services (VIGS) :
Vision Infrastructure Group Services (VIGS) is a quick growing group of businesses spanning roofing, construction, digital marketing, AI solutions, and professional services. We are building an in-house performance marketing team focused on creating world class creative that drives leads, appointments, and revenue, not just likes and views.
We're looking for a highly creative, performance driven professional who understands both design and marketing psychology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create high converting video ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Edit short form and long form videos for paid advertising and organic social media.
- Design premium graphics, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and digital assets.
- Develop scroll stopping creatives using strong hooks, storytelling, and direct response principles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts, scripts, and creative strategies.
- Produce UGC style content, VSLs, testimonials, reels, and promotional videos.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses within the group.
- Organize creative assets and follow structured workflows in Monday.com.
Required Skills :
● Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
● Expert in Adobe After Effects
● Advanced Photoshop
● Adobe Illustrator
● Adobe Lightroom
● Professional video editing
● Motion graphics and animation
● Graphic design for social media and paid ads
● Color grading and sound editing
● Subtitles and captions
● Visual effects and transitions
● Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Google Ads creatives
● Experience creating high-performing paid advertising creatives
● Strong storytelling and creative direction
● Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
● Excellent attention to detail
Bonus Skills :
● Experience with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling, Veo, etc.)
● Knowledge of PAS, AIDA, StoryBrand, and other direct-response copywriting frameworks
● Understanding of marketing psychology and consumer behaviour
● Experience analysing creative performance and improving based on data
● Photography and videography skills
● Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
● Experience in digital marketing agencies or performance marketing teams
