Job Profile :
- Collaborate with the business for understanding the need and accordingly deliver trainings for Business Heads and their one downs
- Ability to create and customise content as per the needs of the business
- Manage delivery of leadership and behavioural trainings (across levels & businesses)
Candidate Profile :
- 10-12 years of experience in L&D
- Excellent branding & communication skills to publicize programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Assertive in nature and someone who can take a command of situations
