Position Summary: We are looking for a versatile and creatively driven Graphic Visual Designer who can lead and execute a wide range of design tasks—spanning brand identities, illustrations, social creatives, UI/UX designs, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational design principles and a keen eye for visual detail, and should be aware of emerging design trends and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design branding assets including logos, typography systems, and color palettes

· Create social media graphics, marketing collateral, digital banners, and pitch decks

· Illustrate custom elements and icons as needed for clients and campaigns

· Design website layouts, landing pages, and simple UI/UX components

· Collaborate closely with content and performance teams to deliver cohesive creative assets

· Work on video-based assets (basic editing, motion graphics) is a strong plus

· Maintain brand consistency across visual materials for all client accounts

· Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and AI-enhanced workflows (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway)

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

· Timely delivery of high-quality visual assets across multiple formats

· Client satisfaction and approval of creative output

· Innovation in visual storytelling through the use of modern tools and trends

· Design efficiency through use of AI and automation tools

Required Skills Qualifications:

· 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand identity, or digital design

· Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, layout design, and UI work

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma)

· Basic video editing and animation skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a plus

· Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and UX fundamentals

· Awareness of and openness to using AI design tools

· Highly creative, organized, and deadline-oriented

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
