Veterinary Receptionist – Join Our Team in Historic Downtown Cochrane!
Are you an organized, friendly, animal-loving people person who thrives in a busy environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Arrowhead Veterinary Centre, located in beautiful historic downtown Cochrane.
We are a busy, growing veterinary hospital that values excellent patient care, exceptional client service, and a supportive team environment.
What you’ll do:
Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage client inquiries
Process payments and assist with estimates and invoices
Communicate with clients and our veterinary team
Help keep reception organized and running smoothly
Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine and difficult visits
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous veterinary reception or customer service experience
Is confident, organized and able to multitask
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary environment
Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets
Is a team player who is willing to learn and grow
Veterinary experience is an asset, but the right person with strong customer-service skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
