Job Title: US Recruiter – Sales Hiring
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift Timing: US Shift (8.30 pm to 5.30 am Recruiter Description IST, Monday–Friday)
Job Summary
• We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to support Sales hiring for US-based clients.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for inside sales, field sales, business development, account executives, and sales leadership roles across the US market.
• This role requires excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with a deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Sales roles, including Inside Sales, BDR, SDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Sales Director positions.
• Work closely with US clients and hiring managers to understand sales role requirements, targets, compensation structures, and territory models.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen candidates for sales skills, quota-carrying experience, industry exposure, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews focusing on communication skills, sales achievements, and client-facing experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring teams across different time zones.
• Manage offer negotiations, including base salary, commission plans, OTE, and joining timelines.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive sales talent for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, including candidate status and recruitment metrics.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets with a focus on quality and closure.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in US staffing or recruitment, preferably hiring for Sales roles.
• Strong understanding of US sales job titles, compensation structures, and hiring practices.
• Proven experience recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing expertise.
• Ability to work independently in US shift hours.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
Good to Have
• Experience working with US clients / MSP / VMS models.
• Exposure to Salesforce, CRM-based sales environments, or SaaS sales hiring.
• Prior experience recruiting for IT / Non-IT sales roles in the US market.
