About Us Technoarray is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of user-centric designs that drive product success We are looking for a talented UI UX Designer to create seamless engaging and visually appealing digital experiences The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles design tools and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms Key Responsibilities User Research Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions Wireframing Prototyping Create wireframes prototypes and interactive designs that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows UI Design Design intuitive user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and deliver a visually appealing experience across devices User Flow Interaction Design Develop user flows interactions and interface elements that optimize usability and enhance the overall user experience Collaboration Work closely with product managers developers and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts and functionality Feedback Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve design and usability Usability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing to validate designs and identify potential areas for improvement Design Systems Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems ensuring consistency across platforms and products Stay Updated Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends tools technologies and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital products Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript knowledge of front-end development is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to think critically solve problems and iterate quickly Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design aesthetics Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Read more
