Job Description
Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level positions. Conduct field recruitment drives in local areas, industrial zones, ITIs, skill centers, and labor markets. Source candidates through references, vendors, social media, WhatsApp groups, job portals, and direct outreach. Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and onboarding processes. Maintain daily hiring reports, candidate database, and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and reduce dropouts. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Travel to assigned locations for recruitment activities when required.
