What You’ll Do Collaborate with product managers, developers, and founders to design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web, mobile apps, and platforms. Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to iterate and improve experiences. Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries. Leverage AI tools (like Figma plugins, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Uizard, etc.) to enhance design workflows and boost productivity. Work on real-world projects that will go live and be used by actual customers. What We’re Looking For Strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across websites, apps, and/or SaaS platforms. Proficient in design tools like Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or similar. Hands-on experience or openness to work with AI-assisted design tools . Understanding of design principles, UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Bonus: Knowledge of front-end frameworks, motion design, or design systems. What You'll Gain Mentorship from experienced product leaders.
