Job Description
. ABOUT THE ROLE: Zeta is looking to hire a Treasury and Banking Operations Specialist a dynamic professional who will be performing various functions related to building, managing, and maintaining all financial activities, foreign currencies, and banking assets which'll include stakeholder management.
What is the job like?
• Monitoring and managing banking relationships in India & overseas eg. UAE, Singapore, US, Brazil, Mauritius
• Initiating and coordinating for the organization's new banking, wealth & asset management and corporate investments globally
• Generating reports on cash operations and cash positions, overseeing cash transactions, ensuring adequate liquidity
• Managing investments, demat accounts, fixed Deposits and bank Guarantees of the Organization
• Supporting the month end and annual audit process, wherever necessary
• Maintain a good rapport with the banking partners
• Regular updation of KYC, change in shareholding, directorship, signatories etc.
• Explore new investment avenues to park the excess liquidity & highlight such opportunities to the management
Who should apply for this role?
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in managing Treasury and Banking Operations
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• MBA in Finance will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills. We're seeking a team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
• Knowledge of banking relationships and banking products, cash management principles, and banking systems and processes is integral
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, countif, sumif, pivot tables, etc)
• Should be ready to travel within India & overseas, as and when required
