Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in sales. Youll learn how to understand customers, pitch destinations, and convert leads into bookings - all while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer travel preferences and requirements.
• Assist in creating personalized travel plans.
• Pitch international destinations and experiences.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing bookings.
• Maintain lead data and updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with senior sales team members to learn and improve.
What Were Looking For
• Freshers or 01 year of experience
• Strong communication skills (spoken + written)
• Interest in travel and international destinations
• Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
• Confident, proactive, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working with targets
