Job Summary
The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the center. This role focuses on driving admissions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining academic quality, leading the center team, and delivering an excellent experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve admissions, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Generate leads through local marketing activities and institutional partnerships.
• Manage the daily operations of the center and ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor fee collections, expenses, and overall center performance.
• Ensure high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the center team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in branch management, operations, business development, or the education sector.
• Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing a high-performing team.
