Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Travel Operation Manager. The Travel Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to travel arrangements and customer service. Duties include managing travel itineraries, coordinating with travel agents, ensuring smooth communication between clients and service providers, and handling customer inquiries and complaints to enhance travel experiences. The role also involves sales activities to promote various travel packages and experiences.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Travel Management and making Travel Arrangements
• Proficient in Sales and promoting travel packages
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with a team-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage
